Fabrice is an architect 3D visualiser since 1996. He has ran his own boutique visualisation studio since 2000 and worked as a consultant for Google, Bentley Motors, Thomas Heatherwick, Jean Nouvel and Zaha Hadid and now Epic Games.


He has been a UE4 expert working for Epic since 2016. He teaches at Unreal Academy and Unreal training centres and lectures at events and universities around the world. He helps corporate clients onboard the technology, switching from offline to realtime.


Fabrice has created several online courses and has a popular youtube channel where he posts occasional insights into UE4 and architecture.

Phil entered the industry over 13 years ago after finishing his degree in interior architecture. He was the first employee at the multi award winning studio 'The Neighbourhood' and worked there for 5 years before moving to Melbourne to start the MR.P journey.

An architectural visualiser and animator based in Melbourne, Australia where he is currently the Creative Director for MR.P.


His work has covered everything between small, interior projects to global architectural competitions, and has been published in the New York Times, Archdaily, Designbboom, Dezeen and more.

Tim is Buildmedia's Technical Director and has 12 years experience in visualising infrastructure and architecture with a background in 3d rendering, GIS, photogrammetry, real-time visualisation and virtual reality.


Tim is passionate about exploring new and emerging technologies and currently leads the Buildmedia team developing a new 3d visualisation offering called Realspace for the real-estate market.

Melbournian James Burrell has spent the last 5 years learning the craft of the Norwegian way at world renowned MIR. This year James hops the border to Sweden to take a position at Tomorrow as art director.

Fabio Palvelli is an Italian designer, speaker, university lecturer and business consultant.


He co-founded the d2Conference in 2013. To date it is the largest conference related to Architectural Visualization on the planet.


On top of this, he is currently part of the Chaos Group team, the makers of leading industry software V-Ray. Fabio shares his knowledge on Youtube every week making videos related to the business and strategic side of running a design company..

Andrew is the Principal of brand agency Hoyne. After 28 years, Hoyne have become a globally renowned brand and marketing agency, whose core focus is place and property. 


They work with major Australian and international asset owners, developers and local councils to create recognisable landmarks and destinations; from residential towers and masterplanned communities to commercial developments, new mixed-use precincts, and even cities. Over the years, Andrew has developed a profound belief in the power of place, and the categorical link between good placemaking and significantly higher profits (both economic and social). 


It’s a passion that has led him to produce The Place Economy, a resource book that presents thought-leadership on best practice placemaking, development and place branding from around the world.

Ben has over 20 years experience in the computer software and 3D graphics industry and has extensive knowledge of all other aspects of software development. 


He has grown Blowfish Studios over 8 years into a globally competitive video game and virtual reality development and publishing house and has built great relationships with numerous technology providers and manufacturers such as Apple, Sony, Oculus, Valve, Microsoft, Nvidia, Google and Samsung. 


The studio has created games that have been featured worldwide and subsequently gathered a large client base for its development services, culminating in Blowfish winning a NSW Export award in 2017 for the Creative Industries category.

Justin Bourn is the Founder and Director of Australian based studio, Blank Canvas Studios. A studio that was started out of his living room 4 years ago, with no savings and no industry experience to a team of 10+ personnel with 3 offices Australia wide.


From a highly paid Engineer, to Freelance 3D Artist, to Entrepreneur who is passionate about business, 3D, leadership and enabling individuals to be the best versions of themselves.


Justin is also one of six co-hosts of the Simple Minds Podcast, a podcast dedicated to entrepreneurship, business, leadership, self-improvement and some philosophy.

Sebastien Thevenet joined Unity in 2016 to oversee Sales and Marketing operations in Australia New

Zealand. Prior to Unity, Sebastien worked 12 years with Gameloft where he was spearheading its Publishing

efforts in South East Asia Pacific region and Indian subcontinent as VP Sales and Marketing.


John Sietsma - Tech Evangelist 


John has a long history in 3D interactive development. Working on everything from interactive installations that help children make music by jumping around to showcasing chamber musicians in Sydney's Circular Quay using Augmented Reality. He particularly enjoys teaching and helping other people make amazing things.

Andrei Dolnikov is an Interior Architect and Founder of BINYAN – a leading Architectural 3D Rendering & Animation Studio specialising in the creation of bespoke, considered and memorable architectural films & images. 


He started the business in his Sydney living room after working as a visualiser in the U.S. and has since guided Binyan to its place as a leader in the field. The team of 110 + artists and producers is currently working on projects all over the globe from its 4 studios in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and New York. 


Binyan is focused on driving the Arch Viz Industry into the next phase of its development by engaging with the wider educational and artist community to bring our industry to greater recognition.

Costa Gabriel and Veronica Saunders formed Gabriel Saunders 8 years ago to produce bespoke visualisations and developed a collaborative process that enables their studio to produce well researched and considered results - they're obsessive on the details. 


With backgrounds in architecture and interior design respectively they provide a unique perspective on creating images that are both emotive and realistic.


Their combined experience consists of both practical and theoretical sides to the industry including curating exhibitions, high-end residential and commercial design and lecturing at universities.

Brisbane based Matt Kirby has been working in the creative & technology industries since 1997 having wrote, produced and edited creative content around the world from AR to AI to mobile games to music videos even appearing as a dancing banana in a major record label music video. 


Matt’s AR focus comes from his creative and technology worlds colliding to make something is meaningful such as the recently released Short Film “Defiant Dimension” shot exclusively in Augmented Reality which has seen Matt tour through out Australia and parts of Asia providing a behind the scenes look on how Defiant Dimension was created. 2019 looks to be even busier for Matt with filming having begun in New Zealand on the next AR short film as well as early stage work that will see AR used in life threatening situations.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?


Doltone House - Jones Bay Wharf is easily accessible by public transport. Paid parking is also available nearby. For more detailed information please visit Doltone House Location.



What about food/drinks?


After an amazing first day at Unimagined a meet and greet event will take place on the outside deck of Doltone House overlooking the Sydney Harbour Bridge to allow you to continue networking, sharing knowledge and inspiring your fellow peers over some food and drinks (2.5hrs).


Light refreshments during breaks and a light lunch will be provided on both days for all ticket holders.


VIP ticket holders only - At the end of an awesome two days of learning, inspiring and connecting with fellow industry peers you are invited to dinner with our speakers. Please check you email for further details.

I’m travelling from overseas to attend the conference, do I need a visa to enter Australia?


Unless you are an Australian and New Zealand citizen, you will be required to obtain a valid Australian visa prior to entering the country. The visa must be applied for before leaving home. New Zealand passport holders can apply for a visa upon arrival in the country.

Is my ticket transferrable?


Yes - If you can no longer attend the conference you may transfer your ticket to your friend. However, please notify us at hello@unimagined.com.au so we have there details at the door. Everyone has a personalised name tag, so we need to update our database.



Can I get a refund?


Unfortunately not - All ticket sales are final and are non-refundable. You should really attend - it’s going to be awesome!



Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?


No - If you have your ticket on your phone that will suffice too and if you’ve totally forgotten to print off your ticket and its not on your phone, we’ve your back - we can look you up on our database.
